At Jack Schmitt Ford, we are proud to be part of the World’s Largest Dealer Food Drive. Our goal is to collect 400 lbs of non-perishable food items to support those in need in our community. Every contribution counts, and your support can make a real difference in the lives of families facing food insecurity.

We are partnering with the Collinsville Food Pantry to ensure that all collected food items reach families in need. Your donations will help stocked pantries with essential items that provide nourishment and comfort. Together, we can make a significant impact in our community by standing up for those who need it most.

Check your pantries and gather up any non-perishable food items you can spare. Our drop-off location is in our Ford Maverick showroom, where you can easily donate your items. As a token of appreciation for your generosity, anyone who brings in food donations will receive a free car wash. This is a wonderful opportunity to clean your vehicle while helping those in need.

As you prepare your donations, consider the following suggested items: Tuna, chicken, and salmon in pop-top cans or tear-open pouches, low-sodium soups, chilis, stews, nut butters, low-sugar cereals, protein bars, whole grain pasta, rice, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, canned entrees, peanut butter, canned low-sodium vegetables, canned fruits in their own juice with no added sugar, dry pinto beans, brown rice, non-fat milk powder, and 100% whole grain cereal. Every item you donate can make a difference in someone's life.
