This is not a staffing issue, we have a full staff. It is a facility restriction. We have the maximum number of technicians working daily but still cannot keep up with the demand. This comes after many years of receiving Ford's highest marks on customer surveys and "Fix it Right the First Time" scores. Our teams services are in demand and that is a good thing but it poses challenges. We are working on expanding our shop, but this will take time. To try and accommodate, we have added additional loaner vehicles along with pickup and delivery service (limited availability). The lack of available appointments in our service scheduler is correct and we are typically booking two to three weeks out currently.
