"I Found it Cheaper at Another Dealership."

Even with as aggressive as our pre-negotiated, real deal pricing is- from time to time we will hear from a customer that they found a similar vehicle advertised for less at another dealership. What we have found is that when this occurrs, most of the time our customers come back and end up purchasing from us when they learn there is a catch to the other dealers offer. There are still many dealerships in the Country that require the purchase of other products to obtain a certain sale price. They don't typically reveal this information until you visit their dealership and attempt to buy their vehicle. There are many dealerships that include  dealership "trade in assistance" as a part of their advertised selling price. You won't qualify for that incentive if you do not present a trade in vehicle when you go to purchase. There are still also situations we have run into where the dealership is advertising the price after a combination of included rebates that the manufacturer does not allow you to combine or that you do not qualify for. An example of this would be an advertised price that includes 1. A college grad rebate 2. A Military rebate. 3. Jeep Conquest offer. While this advertised price might appear to be $3,000 less than our advertised price, and while you may be intrigued enough to go to that dealership and check it out, those incentives are not combinable with one another and you do have to qualify for one of them in the first place. 

With our focus on reputation and customer service, we don't understand how some dealerships can advertise this way and ever have families return for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or more vehicle purchase- but it still goes on every day. 

At Jack Schmitt Ford, everyone within our market area qualifies for our lowest advertised price. In addition we will help you learn if you are eligible for additional incentives. We WANT our customers to receive those incentives. There are no last-minute surprises, upcharges, or market adjustments when you visit the store. If there are additional items on the vehicle, we will include those on our advertised listing. 

If you are reaching out from outside of our trade area, we can use your address to run and see exactly what Ford incentives you qualify for. We will always honor our dealer discount for EVERYONE.

We don't! The truth is that there could always be an outlier, an aged vehicle, a damaged vehicle, or some other exception being advertised for less somewhere. We can tell you how we research and how we know our pricing has integrity and why it means something though! Every week we review registration data that we receive from a 3rd party. This data tells you not only what is being advertised, but what vehicles are transacting at across the Country. We make sure at all times that our advertised pricing is competitive with the low-end of these transactions and that is where we START. You do not have to come in and fight with a salesperson to get that price. You will not find an addenum sticker on the vehicle with $3,000 or more in dealer add-ons. You will not have rebates stripped away when you visit our showroom. We will not insult you with games and back and forth. 

In addition we do monitor comparable vehicle prices on other websites to make sure we are positioned aggressively and that the end result is that no customer will ever feel like they overpaid with us. 

We think customers deserve to know what they are going to pay prior to visiting. We believe people should have access to good data to research their trade value. We understand that the choice of which dealership you are going to spend time with is often based on how you are treated before you visit. 

 

Our team is happy to provide estimated proposals in writing that include pricing, down payments, and estimated monthly payments. We can't get that "penny perfect" payment until we obtain a loan application from you. 

We don't believe it is fair to request that our customers complete a loan application until they are near purchasing and usually after they have had the opportunity to see the vehicle in person and drive it.
